• The St-Hubert «Parc de la Cité» and the Wi-Fi access

  Recently, Le Journal de St-Hubert posted an article on the need to extend the range

  of the present Wi-Fi signal at Le Parc de la Cité of this town.

  The ZAP Monteregie team would be happy to use it’s expertise in this domain to answer

  this need.

  So far, ZAP Monteregie installed more than 20 Wi-Fi systems in municipal parcs and arenas.

  We also installed such systems in librairies, community centres, business and municipal

  offices.

• Simplified Acces Method

  As advertised previously, the ZAP Monteregie team activited on May 1 a simplified
  access method.

  From now on, when you want to access a ZAP Monteregie site from your PC, your
  tablet or your interlligent phone, select the ZAP Monteregie SSID and click on the
  «Connexion» button.

  Our authentification system will register your communication device and will grant
  you access. This system will continue monitor the usage done on various sites
  under the ZAP Monteregie umbrella.

  The ZAP Monteregie team is very active either in improving our technical offer or in
  increasing the number of access points.

  A simplified method to access the ZAP Monteregie network.

On May 1, we will introduce an easier method to connect to ZAP Monteregie.

Due to the introduction of a new authenfication method (AuthPuppy), there will be no more need to go through the «account name / password» routine.

On your portable computer or Ipad or smartphone, you will select the ZAP WiFi identifier (SSID), click on it. The authentification system will «recognise» your device and will allow you access. This system will also continue monitoring network usage to ensure users abide by our Policies.
